Sabre Commercial worked with Deep Eddy Distillery to deliver the vodka company’s new production facility in Buda. In collaboration with Fuse Architecture Studio, the primary goal of the project was to convert a 120,000-square-foot warehouse to cater to the client’s functional and process demands. Part of the work was the interior remodel that accommodated new workspaces, test laboratories, a bar, bottling lines, and additional warehouse spaces. Structural upgrades also covered the installation of new roofing, insulation, and mechanical piping systems for the facility’s still, boilers, and chillers.

Structura Inc. led the construction of an 11,000 SF data center in Austin. One of the challenges of the project was to deliver the work within a five-month timeline while the data center remained operational 24/7. The remaining 7,000 square feet were allotted for the facility’s workspaces, electrical rooms, tape library, and print room.
